SF FA Cup Match Preview: Terengganu FC vs Selangor FC | Do Or Die Mission

Selangor FC will be visiting the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium for the FA Cup Semi-Final 2022 against Terengganu FC (TFC) at 9pm tonight.

According to Head Coach, Michael Feichtenbeiner, the team will focus on performing to the best of their abilities to qualify for the final.

"We know the match against TFC will always be a tough challenge but we have no choice but to win tonight's game to qualify for the final.

“They (TFC) are one of the best teams in Malaysia especially in playing possession football but we believe we are able to overcome them tonight.

“I believe the Red Giants fans want a title after years of waiting and we, as a team, want the same.

“It is true that we were beaten in recent games, I will take that as a lesson but this is a different competition, we will focus on performing well like we did against Sabah FC in the FA Cup Quarter Finals," asserted Michael.

In terms of the availability of players for today's FA Cup match, the Selangor FC team will still be missing Safuwan Baharudin as a result of a 'mild traumatic brain injury'.

In addition, Fazly Mazlan could not travel with the team because of health problems which has forced him to be out of the squad.

However, the supporters can be delighted with the return of Shahrel Fikri who has recovered from his hamstring injury.

Selangor FC wishes the team success tonight. Come on, Red Giants!
